Business 30 Day Account Frequently Asked Questions
1. HOW DO I OPEN A 30 DAY BUSINESS CREDIT ACCOUNT?
To open an account please email our customer service team on help@cartridgeshop.co.uk to request an application form. On receipt of your completed application form we will conduct the relevant credit checks and advise you accordingly.
2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
Once we have received your completed application form we should be able to open your account within 3 to 4 business days.
3. HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR AN ACCOUNT?
To qualify for an account you must be a registered business with an acceptable credit record. We will conduct credit referencing and check your company registration details.
4. HOW IS THE CREDIT LIMIT AGREED?
Credit limits will be set on an individual company basis and may be reviewed.
5. WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXCEED MY CREDIT LIMIT OR DO NOT PAY ON TIME?
If you exceed your credit limit we will ask you to return the account to credit before we can dispatch any further orders. If your credit limit is no longer sufficient to service your requirements then we will be happy to review your limit. If you are late paying we will send you a polite reminder and will request that you settle the due amount before we dispatch any further orders.
6. CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES?
Goods can be delivered to any address in the UK provided you have registered the address with us. You can have multiple delivery addresses; however you will be required to have one central address for invoicing purposes. You will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.
7. WHAT ARE THE TERMS?
Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. Please see our wider terms and conditions. Payments can be made by BACS or cheque. If you pay directly at the time of order by credit card online then our 30 day terms do not apply, however you will benefit from the credit terms available from your card provider. Your invoice will be sent with the goods. For companies with multiple delivery address then copy invoices will be sent to the billing address.
8. WHY DOES THE BASKET SOMETIMES SHOW A DIFFERENT LINE TOTAL THAN THE SUM OF THE QUANTITY MULTIPLIED BY PRICE EACH?
Due to the nature of showing tax exclusive prices we take any applicable taxes off the Gross price - to show you the price you will pay excluding an applicable taxes. Due to the nature of taking a gross price - and then removing the tax - the tax exclusive price may have a number of decimal points - which we round to two decimal points for presentation of the "price each" price.
At the basket the "price each" is shown - however the line total is the sum of the quantity multiplied by the unrounded tax exclusive price - therefore a difference can occur.
The "price each" is indicative at all times and the line totals shown in the basket are correct.
9. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to any address in the UK provided you have registered the address with us. Deliveries will be dispatched by First Class Royal mail (normally taking 2 - 7 days to arrive) or by courier, depending on the items purchased, within 48 hours.
