Delivery charge is included in all prices shown on Cartridge Shop. The price you see on the Cartridge Shop is the price you will pay, with no nasty surprises.
When will my order be dispatched?
We want you to be extremely satisfied with our service so providing you with a fast and efficient service is very important to us. We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if received before 12:30pm Monday-Friday.
How will my order be sent?
To ensure you receive an excellent service items are sent by first class Royal Mail. Orders of containing sizable products may be sent to you using a courier at our discretion
Delivery usually then takes place within 5 - 7 days for items sent by Royal Mail and by courier items will generally be delivered within 2 days (Monday-Friday) by 5.30pm
In the unlikely event that an item you have requested is out of stock we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date.
If you have received an e-mail informing you that items have been dispatched, your order will be in transit. If you do not receive your items within ten working days you should contact us.
