The Pelikan Powerpad refills your own HP cartridge so there is no need to throw away our OEM cartridge. Simply remove your cartridge from your printer and refill your original HP Cartridge as soon as it is empty. Refilling normally takes about 25 minutes. One Pelikan Powerpad is equivalent to one original cartridge filling. The Pelikan Powerpad is completely recyclable, after use it can be disposed of with your household or office plastic refuse.

How to use
Remove empty HP printer cartridge from printer - please do not touch contacts or nozzle plate.
Place HP printer cartridge on the Pelikan Powerpad and engage (click!). This connects the printing nozzles with the Pelikan Powerpad for the filling process
Leave the cartridge on the Pelikan Powerpad for a few minutes, until the HP printer cartridge has filled. This process normally takes 25 minutes, but depending on the condition of the original HP cartridge, can take up to 60 minutes.
When filling is complete, replace the cartridge in the printer and start the printing process.
Demonstration Video
The original cartridge will have been completely refilled when the PowerPad is empty. But the filling process can be stopped at any time and the HP cartridge replaced into the printer. It is advisable to use the opened Pelikan Powerpad within 1-2 days
