Placing an Order

There are 4 ways that you can place an order with Cartridge Shop:

Online - Simply visit www.cartridgeshop.co.uk to place an order. With hours suited to your business needs, this is the quickest way that an order can be received by Cartridge Shop & will speed up the dispatch process. All orders placed online and received by 12:30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
E-mail - Send our customer service team an e-mail detailing your requirements, not forgetting to quote your Company name, login name and contact telephone number. Send it to sales@cartridgeshop.co.uk
Phone - Why not call us on 0845 604 1330 & speak to a member of our friendly customer service team who will be more than happy to take your order over the phone. When placing orders by phone, please have your account details to hand.
Fax - Send your order by fax detailing your requirements, not forgetting to quote your Company name, login name and contact telephone number. Fax 01270 507653

As a 30 day account business customer you are already benefiting from pre-agreed discounts & therefore will not be able to claim further discounts using redemption codes. However offers pertaining to free products will still apply.

30 day account customers will be asked to supply a purchase order number at time of ordering. This may need to be quoted on any invoice or paperwork sent out to you.

Please note that orders placed by email, fax and telephone received by 12 noon will be dispatched the same day. Delivery is included in the price of all items. The price you see is the price you pay with no added extras. In the event that an item is out of stock you will be contacted within 24 hours (Mon - Fri).

Should you require delivery to more than one address a new order must be placed each time. There will be no delivery address restrictions & all orders placed will benefit from the same discounts provided the billing address remains as the approved address agreed at account set up stage.

Cartridge Shop trading hours are 8:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Where possible, queries will be responded to the same day and certainly within 24 hours. Any query that is raised out of office hours will be actioned the next working day and any queries received on Fridays will be answered by close of business the following Monday (except Bank Holidays).
