On Thursday I took the plunge and ordered two hp alternative cartridges for my hp c5280 all in one printer, they arrived the next day but sadly my hp printer would not accept them, I tried everything as recommended but still no joy. I phoned the hotline (sadly didn't get the name of who I spoke to) and he said that I could have a refund or did I want to try two new ones, to be honest I didnt hold out much hope but tried them anyway, next thing printer showed message, printing test page etc. I was over the moon, turned printer off and on and tried again and yes they still worked. I was also sent a tracked bag to return the 'duff' ones. I shall definitely be ordering again and recommending your company to others. Ten out of ten for your customer service.
The ink package was sadly damaged by Royal Mail during its delivery process and one of the inks (black) was missing. I sent an email to your customer service who acted swiftly and sent out a replacement at no charge. Thankyou and yes I will be dealing with in the future 5 Star service
