“Fantastic printer for the price!”

I've had the Canon Pixma MP280 for 5 years now, since purchasing it from a supermarket for only £40. The scanner comes in handy and the print quality is great. The cartridges are a little pricey but they do last a while.

Canon Pixma MP280 Printer Description

Get printing done quickly in the home when using the Canon Pixma MP280 as a result of its Quick Start technology.

This technology, alongside print speeds of 8.4ipm for mono and 4.8ipm for colour make this a machine which can perform reliably. A 10 x 15cm photo can be printed in around 45 seconds and will appear vivid and vibrant as a result of a 4800 x 1200dpi print resolution. Scans will also be detailed, too. The Canon Pixma MP280 has a scan resolution of up to 1200dpi.

Stills from your home movies can be turned into colour prints with the help of Canon’s Full HD Movie Print software. This software will pause and print images from videos filmed using your digital camera.

Photo printing enthusiasts will be delighted to know that Auto Fix II will optimise your images and remove the appearance of red eye. The machine’s Auto Scan Mode will also recognise whether a photograph or document is being printed and make the necessary adjustments.

Similarly, the Auto Document Fix feature will improve the appearance of scanned documents so that text, graphics and images appear crisp and clear.
